Walk-In Shower Installation & Unvented Cylinder Upgrade in Salisbury
Our customer in Salisbury had issues with the existing shower pump and wanted to change the shower cubicle. We recommended upgrading to a direct unvented cylinder to remove the requirement for the pump, installing a larger new walk-in shower area with a new tray and screen, and replacing the existing shower tiles with Aqua panels. We also replaced the old tiles with wall panels.
What is a direct unvented cylinder?
A direct unvented cylinder is a hot water tank that heats water using electric immersion heaters instead of a boiler. It connects directly to the mains water supply, providing strong, consistent water pressure to taps and showers without requiring a loft tank. A direct unvented cylinder is a good option for homes that don’t have a gas supply.
